Don’t
hate the “Tax Protesters”. I am well aware that we are paying more taxes today because “Tax
Protestors” are not paying any taxes at all.
However, think of the additional pressure this is bringing
to bear on Congress. By
their own admission “tens of millions” of people have dropped
out of the system and are now not paying any taxes at all.
Congress cannot keep on ignoring this; they must do something
about this situation. Congress is getting pressure from both sides
and we must not let this pressure subside.
Some of
these groups have excellent arguments and seem to have stopped
the IRS in their tracks. In
any event they are not paying any taxes and our taxes are higher
because of it (remind your representative of this when you
write them).
The following
are links of some of the “Tax Protestors”, &/or folks who
have worked with them, that seem to have had some measure of
success against the IRS.
