Contact your Local Representative!

It is time to get the IRS out of our lives once and for all, HR 2525 is a bill that will do just that.  It’s going to take Americans getting involved.  E-mail, write and call your Senators and Members of the House of Representatives (I suggest doing all 3), tell them you support this bill, tell them you want them to co-sponsor HR 2525, and request they respond to you in writing on their position on HR 2525.

Very soon, ads will be running nationwide asking everyone to contact their representatives and sometime during the year 2000 the bill will go to the Ways and Means Committee.  If everyone will make the phone calls and write the letters its possible we will never have to file another 1040 tax form.
